Event Title: Quality Culture Orientation & Workshop on Innovative Pedagogies for the 21st Century

1. Summary
The event was organized to enhance the academic standards among the SWSC faculty by providing opening orientation session on "Quality Culture”. The session was led by Program coordinator Rajendra Lamichhane. Followed by workshop introducing "Innovative Pedagogies" suitable for 21st-century learners. Prof. Dr. Bed Raj Acharya (Dean, Faculty of Education, TU) serve as keynote speakers providing deep insight into modern teaching methodologies. A total of 54 faculty members participated in the workshop. The program concluded with felicitation, certificate distribution followed by closing remarks from Assistant Campus Chief Hari Singh KC.

Speaker: Prof. Dr. Bed Raj Acharya, Dean, Faculty of Education, Tribhuvan University
About the expert- Prof. Dr. Bed Raj Acharya is a distinguished Professor of Mathematics Education and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Tribhuvan University. A prolific author of foundational textbooks and over 50 scholarly articles in Scopus-ranked journals, his research has earned more than 500 citations and global recognition through presentations in the UK, Norway, and South Korea.
• Learning Outcomes:
-> Shifting from "mass-friendly" teacher education to selective, standards-based professional programs.
-> Integration of ICT and digital tools to equip graduates with 21st-century skills.
-> Designing challenge-based activities and meaningful learning experiences to make student centric learning.

• Recommendation for regular follow-up workshops to monitor the integration of ICT in daily teaching.
