6. Outcomes and Impact

Teachers learned clear steps to move from simple blackboard teaching to using interactive digital tools. Educators adopted actionable blueprints for ongoing, formative classroom assessments that look beyond traditional memory-based examinations. The program successfully unified the teaching methodologies of both the Science and Management wings, setting a standardized baseline for future lesson planning.

7. Conclusion

The FDP successfully met its structural objectives, offering clear solutions to the ongoing challenge of digital classroom transition. By focusing on both pedagogical technology and inclusive grading, the institution has fortified its commitment to high-quality +2 education. The program brought the Science and Management teachers together so they can now use the same high standards across the school. The event ended smoothly at 6:25 PM, and teachers enjoyed discussing new ideas during dinner.
